Anelys Perez is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who works with adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma-related stress, and major life transitions. Anelys provides a compassionate, structured, and culturally sensitive space where clients can slow down, process experiences, and build practical coping tools. Her approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR-informed techniques, and mindfulness-based strategies.
Rather than simply “coping,” Anelys helps clients understand the root patterns behind anxiety and emotional distress. Together, you will work on identifying triggers, strengthening self-awareness, developing healthier responses to stress, and creating lasting emotional resilience.
Anelys is committed to helping clients feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident in their daily lives.
