Founder & Executive Director
Jose founded Morgan Compassion with the mission of building a modern, structured, and client-centered mental health practice. As Executive Director, he oversees strategic growth, operational systems, compliance standards, and payer relationships.
His leadership focuses on maintaining strong partnerships with insurance networks, implementing efficient clinical operations, and ensuring that the organization upholds ethical and regulatory standards at every level.
Through responsible expansion and infrastructure development, he continues to strengthen access to care while supporting providers in delivering high-quality services across Florida.
Lynn Morgan Bryan, LMHC
Clinical Director & Co-Founder
Lynn Bryan serves as Clinical Director, providing oversight of clinical standards, supervision, and quality assurance throughout the organization.
She ensures that all therapeutic services are delivered in alignment with evidence-based practices, ethical guidelines, and state regulatory requirements. Her leadership supports provider development while maintaining a strong culture of client-centered care and clinical integrity.
Through structured supervision and ongoing quality review, she helps safeguard the consistency and professionalism of services across the practice.
