Hi, I’m Delsa. I believe therapy is most effective when clients and clinicians work together. You are the expert on your own life, while my role is to provide clinical guidance, support, and practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Parenting a child navigating challenges in K-12 school can be difficult. Managing everyday responsibilities while balancing work, aging parents, and unexpected pressures can feel overwhelming. Major life changes, including career transitions, identity reconstruction, and unexpected loss, can also leave you feeling uncertain about what comes next. I provide a supportive space to help you navigate these challenges and identify meaningful steps forward.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed. I draw on evidence-based methods and tailor therapy to your individual situation rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we identify what matters most, build practical tools you can use in everyday life, and apply what we learn between sessions.
I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and parents with executive function, impulse control, and focus, while also working with adults navigating life transitions and grief. My goal is to help clients better understand their challenges, develop effective strategies, and take concrete action toward meaningful change.
I also focus on relapse prevention, helping clients build skills and strategies that support lasting progress beyond the therapy session. Through collaboration, clarity, courage, and practical action, I work alongside each client to help create sustainable change.
