Katie Piland is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and Sexologist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s most personal challenges. With a deep passion for supporting clients through trauma, relationships, and addiction, she also works with anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, and singlehood. She is particularly called to work with first responders and military members, honoring the unique pressures they carry and helping them build balance, resilience, and lasting connection.
Katie’s counseling approach is holistic and client-centered, blending evidence-based methods including Gestalt therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a trauma-informed framework. She creates a safe, compassionate space where clients feel empowered to process their experiences, build healthier relationships, and reconnect with their authentic self.
