With over 30 years of public service experience, including military service and crisis response roles, I bring a grounded, disciplined, and deeply compassionate presence to my work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

My career began in the U.S. military, where I served in high-responsibility environments that required resilience, emotional strength, and leadership under pressure. Later, I spent decades working in crisis intervention and emergency response settings, supporting individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. These experiences shaped my understanding of trauma, identity, stress, and the silent burdens many individuals carry.

I specialize in working with men, veterans, first responders, and professionals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and identity challenges. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who feel stuck internally , carrying stress, unresolved trauma, or emotional weight that others may not see.

My therapeutic approach is structured, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I primarily integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with practical emotional regulation strategies and insight-based work to help clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. I focus on helping you build clarity, regain control, and strengthen resilience in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Therapy with me is direct yet supportive. I believe growth happens when there is trust, structure, and honest conversation. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel respected, heard, and empowered, while also working toward measurable progress.

Whether you are adjusting to civilian life, navigating career pressure, processing trauma, or simply seeking greater emotional stability, we will work together to build lasting tools for growth.

Healing is not about weakness; it is about courage. And taking the first step is often the strongest move you can make.
